Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.
Package Your Case
Securely place the item in its original KaseMe packaging or a similar protective mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
